The Indian Orthodox Church and its members have survived and thrived for more than 1950 years. Our history tells our story of struggle, success, sorrow, and most of all survival. Our culture-our language, liturgical traditions, and faith-are so precious to our community and to each of our hearts. Our many wonderful traditions continue to be handed down from parent to child. Many of us, our parents, and grandparents journeyed to America to enjoy our religious and financial freedom in this land and to help build the freedoms and prosperity enjoyed in the U.S.
